How it works

 <li>Download the TeamSnap app and create an account.</li>
 <li>Add a game to your schedule in TeamSnap.</li>
 <li>Download the Recover & Refuel app.</li>
 <li>Sign in to Recover & Refuel using your TeamSnap credentials.</li>
 <li>Explore and engage with recommended foods and beverages.</li>
 <li>Receive targeted nutritional recommendations and reminders as game time approaches.</li>

The Importance of Sports Nutrition
Many teams invest significant effort during training, yet players often arrive at game day feeling fatigued and lacking energy. This is frequently attributed to inadequate nutrition. By providing timely reminders about what to eat and drink, players can optimize their performance and combat sluggishness.

Despite a coach’s best intentions to communicate the importance of nutrition through emails or meetings, vital messages may be lost in translation. R & R addresses this challenge with an engaging platform that facilitates interactive nutritional discussions among players. Participants can log their food intake, while an energy meter offers insights into their preparedness for games.
